We abuse our feet on a daily basis, but do not attempt to do anything about it until we are in pain. It is important to rule out the source of pain and also determine the mechanism of injury. A person may begin to experience arch pain, the bottom of the heel, the back of the heel, or in the calf/Achilles tendon region.
